As well as our pastries, we also offer various breads, including focaccia, spelt soda and sourdough loaves, and seasonal cakes, for sale directly from our Spa Terminus bakery on Saturdays and at our newly-opened Pedlars’ Workshop on Abbey Street, Bermondsey.

hello pedlars
Just tried your pain au chocolat (Monmouth – Borough Mkt) for the first time.
It was wonderful – buttery and crumbling everywhere! – real artistry. What a great find you are. Good luck with your business- i shall recommend you and search you out. Happy cycling…
Kate – thank you for the kinds words! If you ever have a chance, please come by our bakery at Maltby Market one Saturday morning from 9am-2pm and say hello.
You can see a full map here: http://www.maltbystreet.com/. Look forward to seeing you.
Hi there.
I agree with Kate. I have tried your brioche at Monmouth Borough Market it was delicious, a real gem. Thank you.
hello – its me kate again – this time got the croissant (monmouth, Borough mkt)- it’s been a while and wow wonderful – thank you again – will visit you someday. Also saw lots of happy people tucking in to your pastries on a very hot saturday at Borough. They should all be writing to you … not a crumb or flakey pastry strand left!
Not long ago I sampled an almond croissant at a well known patisserie chain that recently opened in Edinburgh. It was awful. It made me think, wistfully, of my visit to Borough Market where I tated the best croissant I ever! No one makes croissants like you guys. Luckily, I am heading down to London tomorrow and will head straight to Monmouth Coffee for some Little Bread Pedlar goodies. Thanks guys, keep up the excellent work, it’s truly appreciated. (A relocation to Edinburgh would be grately appreciated!!)
Thank you Susan, we also have a shop at 105 Abbey Street, SE1 where you can get a Monmouth pour-over and one of our pastries. Our bakery is open to the public on Saturdays from 9am until we sell out, for more info go to the http://www.MaltbyStreet.com Best wishes, Martin
